WaveFrame is pleased to present the USB ONE digital audio interface. The USB-One is an external audio device that connects your USB equipped computer to any audio source. It’s perfect for laptop use, for computers where a sound card upgrade isn’t possible (like the iMac) or for when you’re moving from one computer to another and need to insure audio quality is maintained. It gives you 2 analog in and 2 analog out via 1/4" stereo jacks as well as S/PDIF digital input (both RCA and optical). The USB-One requires no external power source and is only slightly larger than a standard audio cassette.

Easy to use, ultra-stable and truly plug and play
The USB-One installs easily on to any compatible machine, using standard Windows or Mac OS USB drivers. Plug and Play gets you up and running - fast, and because the whole unit is external you don't suffer from the kind of system conflicts that can occur with internal add-ons.

Using the USB-One to record audio is simplicity itself. Once you've selected the inputs and outputs in your favourite audio software, just plug a mic or line level source into the analog socket, or a digital input from a MiniDisc or DAT, for example, and enjoy professional audio with up to 20-bit resolution.

With the USB-One you're not tied to using a specific, audio enhanced computer. Because it doesn't rely on a machine's existing sound card, you can guarantee you'll get the sound quality you need wherever you are. The whole unit is just 4.8 inches (12.5 cm) in length 3.5 inches (9 cm) wide and 1 inch (2.5 cm) high, easily small enough to fit into your bag or pocket. The analog connectors are industry standard 1/4 inch stereo jacks, and the S/PDIF digital connections give you the option of either RCA or optical input.
