Before Calling Support...
Your first call should be to the authorized WaveFrame Dealer or Distributor who sold you the system. If they aren't able to resolve the problem, call or email one of the support contacts listed at left.
If you are experiencing a technical problem, have all of the information you'll need ready for the support engineer before you call or email. In particular, make sure you can:
1.) give the version
of your system hardware and software
2.) provide a concise description of the problem
(what happens?)
3.) describe the events
that caused the problem to occur (how do you get it to happen?)
We'll do everything we can to resolve your problem and get you back in operation as quickly as possible
